Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of Bel-Aire receiving them. Occasionally, due to travel schedules, it may take an extra day or two to ship your order. If you are in urgent need of your items, please add a note to your order and we will let you know by email if there will be delay because we are out of the office.

We ship via First Class & Media Mail with the US Post Office. UPS is available upon request and at an additional cost. You will be notified by email about any out-of-stock/back orders or discontinued items. Defective merchandise can be returned for replacement with the same item, within 60 days of purchase. Please include a note with the returned merchandise specifying the problem.

If you would like to place an order by mail with payment by check or money order, please create an account just as if you were placing an on-line credit card order. Then when you are checking out of the website, select the payment option of “Check or Money Order”. At the end of the checkout process you will then be given the order total and information on where to mail your payment. This will also create an order on our system that will be waiting for your payment.

Shipping & Handling Rates:
US Orders: Variable rate depending on the items purchased and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Canadian Orders: $14.00 for the first item, $2 more for each additional item via First Class mail. France, United Kingdom, The Netherlands and Australia: $25.00 for the first item, $2 more for each additional item via Airmail. If your country is not listed, please contact Bel-Aire for shipping options and prices. 8.75% sales tax will be added to all Illinois orders.
