Shipping & Returns

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of Bel-Aire receiving them. We ship via First Class mail with the US Post Office. UPS available upon request. You will be notified by email about any out-of-stock/back orders or discontinued items. Defective merchandise can be returned for replacement with the same item, within 60 days of purchase. Please include a note with the returned merchandise specifying the problem.

 

If you would like to place an order by mail with payment by check or money order, please either click here to print a order form or create an account just as if you were placing an on-line credit card order. Then when you are checking out of the website, select the payment option of "Check or Money Order". At the end of the checkout process you will then be given the order total and information on where to mail your payment. This will also create an order on our system that will be waiting for your payment.

 

Shipping & Handling Rates:

 

US Orders: $3.00 for the first item, $1 more for each additional item via First Class mail. Canadian Orders: $5.00 for the first item, $1 more for each additional item via First Class mail. The Netherlands and Australia: $10.00 for the first item, $2 more for each additional item via Airmail. France and United Kingdom: $7.00 for the first item, $2 more for each additional item via Airmail. If your country is not listed, please contact Bel-Aire for shipping options and prices. 8.75% sales tax will be added to all Illinois orders.
